The resort lies on Zanzibar’s east coast at Kiwenga right on a wonderful long stretch of white sand beach. Out to sea the resort is surrounded by coral reef making it perfect for snorkelling and diving. It’s around half an hour by car to the capital Stone Town which is a great place to explore if you can tear yourself away from the beach. The accommodation is scattered through pretty tropical gardens and there are good range of facilities to suit visitors of all ages.

This offers a great alternative to a beach stay and especially suited to those who want to explore the Zanzibar’s fascinating capital. Discover winding narrow streets, harbours with traditional dhows, old slave markets and night markets. The hotel has been painstakingly restored and reflects the wonderful blend of culture and style which the island is famous for.
You’ll find old clocks; crystal chandeliers and carved staircases making it seem like an Aladdin’s cave of treasures. Though not on the beach it is surrounded by sparking blue water and the sundeck is ideal for topping up the tan. This makes a great combination with one of our other resorts on the East Coast.
