Kruger National Park
A fabulous mix of scenery and wildlife on a five day adventure from Johannesburg.
Day 1 - Long Tom Pass (320 km)
Head out from Johannesburg through the dry Lowveld region towards ever more dramatic scenery of high mountain passes and fertile valleys, to spend the night in the misty mountains.
Day 2 - Panorama Route (70km)
After an overnight at Long Tom Pass (overnight at Misty Mountain) head to the historic gold mining town of Pilgrim's Rest, before driving along the spectacular Blyde River Canyon with stops en route at God's Window, Bourke's Luck Potholes and the Three Rondavels. Overnight at Hippo Hollow
Day 3 - Kruger Park (95
This morning enter the Kruger National Park for the excitement of a self-drive safari and an overnight stay at Lower Sabie Rest Camp. The park is home to an amazing variety of animals including giraffe, lion, elephant, buffalo and more.
Day 4 - White River (110km)
Look out for more wildlife the next day as you exit the park and head towards the town of White River. Overnight at Casterbridge Hollow
Day 5 - Johannesburg (370 km)
On the scenic drive back to Johannesburg, stop at the town of Nelspruit where there are botanical gardens and even a crocodile farm.
