Day 1 - Fly by scheduled airline from London or your regional airport to Cape Town with free drinks and meals on the way.
Day 2 - On arrival at Cape Town airport, you will be met and transferred to the centrally located Garden Court De Waal for your two night stay. Explore the city at leisure - wander through the Waterfront, take the cable car up Table Mountain or visit the notorious Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned.
Day 4 - Your rental car will be delivered to your hotel for your first self drive leg through South Africa's Winelands to the town of Montagu. Enjoy the stunning scenery of Route 62 as you journey on to the ostrich capital of Oudtshoorn. Be sure to visit an ostrich farm and the spectacular Cango Caves one of the most impressive natural wonders in Africa.
Day 6 - Travel through the scenic Outeniqua Pass towards the charming coastal resort of Knysna for a relaxing 2 night stay. Cruise the famous lagoon, explore the town, visit the many nearby attractions or relax on one of the many local beaches. You'll stay at the delightful Waterfront Lodge on the shores of Knysna Lagoon.
Day 8 - Continue along the Garden Route and inland to the delightful Elephant House Lodge for leisurely 2-day stay beside the Addo National Park. Look out for lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, gazelle, antelope and lots more. The Park is malaria free and game drive can be undertaken in your own car of with an experienced local guide.
Day 10 - Head back towards the coast and the town of Port Elizabeth to catch your overnight flight back to the UK.
