The lodge sits overlooking a spectacular bend on the banks of the Talek, a tributary of the Mara River and is constructed to blend into the surrounding wilderness. The grounds stretchy for almost a kilometer along the river bank and are ideal for spotting all manner of game who come to the river to drink. The landscaped gardens around the lodge  are filled with indigenous trees and are home a great variety of birds and butterflies.  You will find there is a swimming pool, perfect for a dip between game drive as well as a restaurant and bar. The lodge is decorated in traditional Maasai style and both the public areas and rooms give you a real feeling of Africa.

Accommodation The rooms are all arranged in small clusters and all have en suite showers and enjoy fantastic views over the Mara.

The price includes, breakfast, lunch, dinner and two game drives daily. National Park fees are not included and are payable locally. Please check at the time of booing for up to date costs.

Keekorok Lodge

Keekorok Lodge lies at the southern end of Masai Mara Reserve, approximately 280 kms from Nairobi. It lies in the path of the annual wildebeest migration and was the first lodge to be built in the Mara. At the height of the wildebeest migration, the lodge is surrounded by a swarming mass of animals and there is hardly need to go for a game drive. The lodge is attractively built using local materials and whatever time of year you visit you can be sure if seeing some the Mara’s plentiful wildlife. 

A walkway meanders through the riverine forest in front of the lodge and you will find a small bar at one end overlooking a dam where the resident hippo, which is an ideal place to relax after a game drive. You will also find a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and shop.

Accommodation The rooms are simply furnished, but all have private bathroom with verandah.

The Lodge is located in the heart of Samburu National Park on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River. The region is well known for its elephant population and regular sightings of the shy and elusive leopard. You are also likely to see zebra, giraffe and much more besides. Spend time between game drives enjoying the gardens, take a dip in the swimming pool or enjoy traditional tribal dancing or simply enjoy the breathtaking views. All the facilities of the lodge have been built to make the most of the location. You will enjoy fantastic river views from the restaurant and the crocodile bar actually overhangs the river and is the perfect spot to watch them being fed.

Lake Nakuru Lodge

Located right in the heart on the wetlands national park well known for it’s abundant wildlife and amazing views of the Rift Valley. It’s approximately two hours from Nairobi by road or around half an hour by private charter flight. Lake Nakuru is renowned for its large flamingo population and the lodge is perfectly located for wildlife and you will almost certainly see zebra, buffalo and giraffe as well as some big cats. Dinner is often taken under the stars with bush barbeques and African nights to entertain you. There is also a swimming pool and sundeck for a spot of relaxation as well as a bar and wildlife lookout.
