Day 1 - You will be met at Nairobi airport and transferred to your hotel for a day in the city or by the pool. Overnight at the Jacaranda Hotel.

Day 2 - 3 - Begin your safari this morning with a journey to the impressive Amboseli National Park in the foothills of towering Mt Kilimanjaro. The shaded gardens of your resort offer a great place for relaxation between morning and afternoon game drives. Overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge.

Day 4 - 5 - Head back towards Nairobi for lunch at Carnivore before a two night stop on the shores of Lake Naivasha. Enjoy a boat trip on the lake to see the abundant bird life and hopefully the hippos, giraffe and buffalo that inhabit the shores. There’s also a trip to Lake Nakuru National Park for a sight of the amazing pink flamingos. Overnight at Naivasha Sopa Lodge.

Day 6 - 7 - Finally through the Rift Valley to the Masai Mara for two great days of game spotting. So many of Africa’s iconic animal species are here from elegant antelope to the fearsome black rhino, as well as some 500 species of birdlife, but there should still be time to enjoy the excellent facilities of your lodge. Overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 8 - See the traditional Maasai way of life as you return through their tribal lands to Nairobi.
