Day 1 - After arrival and transfer to your hotel, relax or take in the sights of Nairobi. Overnight at the Jacaranda Hotel.
Day 2 - Leave behind the bustle of the city and head to the tree covered mountains of Aberdare National Park for an overnight stay and game viewing at Treetops Lodge. Her Majesty the Queen was staying here when she heard of her father's death in 1952.
Day 3 - Descend into the Great Rift Valley today for an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Look out especially for rhino, hippo, leopard and baboons and, of course, the flocks of pink flamingos around the water's edge. Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge.
Day 4 - 5 - Your safari heads south today for two unforgettable days in the Masai Mara National Park. Keekorok Lodge is close to the Tanzanian border and a superb base for your morning and afternoon game drives, as well as an optional hot air balloon ride which departs from near the Lodge.
Day 6 - As you return to Nairobi you will pass Maasai villages and the local cattle and goat herders dressed in their traditional red.
