Muchenje Safari Lodge - Chobe

Situated 45 minutes drive from Kasane in the Chobe Forest Reserve, the lodge sits atop an escarpment with commanding views over the river and its floodplains.

Pitched timber roofs and breezy open spaces all add to the ambience, whilst the swimming pool, library and viewing decks provide a place to relax after a day’s activities. As well as morning and afternoon game drives, the lodge offers night safaris giving a chance to observe less seen nocturnal animals, whilst a safari on foot offers that ultimate walk on the wild side!

A River cruise is a must - observe elephants congregating on the shore for a refreshing drink and hippos bathing in the shallows, grunting as they jostle for space.

Activities include
Game drives, night safari, river cruise and walking safari.

Accommodation - Thatched chalets with ceiling fans and private balconies overlooking the river. Ensuite bathrooms have a walk in shower.
